Frequently Asked Questions

Generally, our meals come in 2 or 4 serving sizes, intended to share or extend to multiple meals. You can find the specific info on each meal's product page under the photograph. All our dishes are prepped and ready to be enjoyed in 30 minutes or less.

We’ve prepped and cooked everything so all you need to do is finish the meal by following the simple steps on the recipe. There will usually be some minimal prepping of herbs, roasting or cooking on the stovetop, re-heating grains or rice, mixing together and plating the meal. If you decide to add a raw option like chicken or salmon, those will also need to be cooked. All recipes should be able to be finished and ready to eat in 30 minutes or less!

We are proud to partner with Bold Reuse to accept deli containers, icepacks, and insulated bags for reuse. After you’re through with the containers, just rinse out any food residues and bring to our shop to be sanitized and reused.

The Minnow delivers each week, Tuesday through Sunday. The deadline to schedule a delivery is 10am the day of delivery.

Our home deliveries arrive in the afternoon, between 3-6pm, and will vary slightly depending on your zip code. You’ll receive a text message with a tracking link when your order is on it's way, and a confirmation once it's arrived!

Yes! You can pickup your order at our shop, located at 740 NW 23rd Ave. Just select 'Pickup' during checkout. Find us.

The Minnow delivers throughout the Portland Metro. Delivery cost ranges from $5 to $15, depending on distance, and orders over $100 receive free delivery!
