Frequently Asked Questions

Generally, our meals come in 2 or 4 serving sizes, intended to share or extend to multiple meals. You can find the specific info on each meal's product page under the photograph. All our dishes are prepped and ready to be enjoyed in 30 minutes or less.

We’ve prepped and cooked everything so all you need to do is finish the meal by following the simple steps on the recipe. There will usually be some minimal prepping of herbs, roasting or cooking on the stovetop, re-heating grains or rice, mixing together and plating the meal. If you decide to add a raw option like chicken or salmon, those will also need to be cooked. All recipes should be able to be finished and ready to eat in 30 minutes or less!

After you’ve finished your meal and the containers are empty, just rinse out any food residues and store them in the insulated bag that they came in. The bag can be set out to be swapped when you receive your next delivery from the Minnow, or dropped into one of the many Bold Reuse drop box locations (find a location here).

The Minnow delivers each week, Tuesday through Friday. The deadline to schedule a delivery is 4pm the day before, (i.e. 4pm Monday for delivery Tuesday).

Orders can also be scheduled in advance!

Home deliveries are scheduled for Tuesday through Friday afternoons, between 1-5pm, and will vary slightly depending on your zip code. You’ll receive a message when your order is on it's way!

Yes! You can pickup your order at our shop, located at 740 NW 23rd Avenue inside Sibeiho. Just select 'Pick Up' during checkout. Find us.

The Minnow delivers via zero-emissions partners throughout the Portland Metro. Delivery cost ranges from $5 to $15, depending on distance. For a visual, please review our Delivery Region map. At checkout our system will verify that your zip code is within our current delivery region. If checkout fails, please contact us to see if we can add your region.
