Buttery soft with a bumpy surface texture almost like dinosaur skin (hence Lacinato's alter ego name, Dino Kale), these kale leaves are wonderful wilted into soup, roasted at high temperatures with other vegetables, or eaten raw in salads. We've washed and removed the spines so these are ready to go!
