What you’ll receive:
- Three fully cooked sausages (12 oz)
NOTE: may arrive partially frozen to ensure freshness. Store in the refrigerator to defrost before cooking. To rapidly defrost, place the sealed package in a bowl of cold water, and leave it in the sink with the tap running into the bowl in a thin stream for about 30 minutes.
What you’ll need:
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- Black Pepper
Stovetop: Add 1-2 Tbsp EVOO and 1 Tbsp water to a sauté pan or skillet. Turn to medium low heat and simmer the sausages in the water, about 3 minutes. Once the water has evaporated, carefully crisp the casing, turning until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan and slice to serve alongside your meal.
