Fun fact: Brown rice is just white rice that is unpolished, with the bran & cereal germ layers still attached. Therefore it is more of a "whole grain" than white rice, which means it is more densely packed with nutrients.

We use sustainably grown rice from Lundberg Farms, grown in California.
